This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our website. We currently ship within Malaysia only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier service provider on the same day, with a cut-off time of 2:00 PM (MYT), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Once your order has been processed by our courier service provider, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled through reliable domestic courier services. The courier is selected at pack time to give your parcel the fastest route, and the tracking number and carrier name are included in your dispatch email.

3. Delivery Times

  • West (Peninsular) Malaysia: 1–3 business days (estimated)
  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 3–5 business days (estimated)

Delivery times are estimates only. Remote interior postcodes, public holidays, and courier peak periods (such as Raya and year-end) may add one to two days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping via courier is free for orders above RM100.00. For orders below RM100.00, shipping is charged at checkout. As we ship through Delyva, courier rates are not fixed — the applicable rate is calculated at checkout, where you can choose your preferred courier company and see its stated rate before you pay.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product details displayed externally to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
